I have been using the MT710 for four months now. It has consistently worked without fault the whole time. Suddenly about a week ago, it disconnected from the third-party platform I use. I tried to troubleshoot by connecting the device to my computer to restarting the MT710 but was given the error:

<Trace>:MATCH FAIL CONTINUE JUMP CRLR
I have tried removing and cleaning the SIM, but no change. The odd thing is that the MT710 blue Cellular LED is lit on the device itself. I have verified the SIM is still active and has sufficient volume.
Please let me know if anyone else has seen this issue and if so, what fix worked for them.
